Our Operation

Royal Roach Bus Tours - Bus PromoThe Royal Coach Safety Department maintains a formal safety program. The Company employs a cadre of driving instructors. All coach operators, regardless of experience, participate in our initial and recurrent training programs.

The Royal Coach Tours Safety Department has been awarded the Outstanding Safety Management award for the past 5 years by the California Bus Association.

In 2006, we received the United Motorcoach Association’s Vision Award for excellence in Safety and Customer Service. Quite an honor considering we were selected from a pool of 800+ bus companies!

The following personnel are available to resolve operational problems and have the authority to make service and personnel related decisions at all hours that service is being provided:

Royal Coach Tours has a 24 hour answering service in place for all emergencies. There is an “on-call” manager with two-way radio (Nextel) contact available 24 hours per day to handle any situation that may arise. Call 408.279.4801, and select Option 4 to reach the on-call manager after hours.

Royal Coach Tour Shop

The Royal Coach Tours Maintenance Department performs the majority of maintenance/repair jobs on-site at our state-of-the-art facility. Equipped with five large bays and the latest technology, our shop is also open for outside repairs. We conduct regularly scheduled inspections every 45 days or 3,000 miles in accordance with Department Of Transportation regulations.
