TRIP POLICIES:
- Royal Coach Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip.
- In the event of circumstances beyond Royal Coach Tours control (i.e. weather, natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, etc.), Royal Coach Tours is not responsible for extra incurred costs.
- The motorcoach does not wait past scheduled departure time(s). While on a trip, a passenger failing to be at a designated point at the appropriate time may be left behind and will no longer be considered part of the trip. If a passenger chooses to leave the tour, notification must be made to the tour escort/volunteer. If a person is left, the tour escort/volunteer will notify the appropriate Senior Center and Royal Coach Tours.
- Passengers unable to travel alone or in need of assistance with a wheelchair should bring a companion who will ensure their safety. Escorts/Volunteers and Drivers will not be available for wheelchair assistance.
- Luggage: (1) piece per passenger for overnight trips and (2) pieces per passenger for extended Tours. Each passenger may also take a small "carry-on" bag on the bus, airplane, train or cruise ship.
- Smoking is not permitted on the coaches. Periodic rest stops will be made to accommodate smokers and to stretch your legs.
- All tips, taxes and gratuities (including drivers) are included on all trips, unless otherwise indicated.
- If meals are included, any special dietary requirements must be noted on your application (but cannot be guaranteed).
REGISTERING FOR TRIPS:
Space is limited; registration will be accepted on a first come basis.
- Each center will have a designated date, time and location for a "travel desk". Each desk will be operated by a Royal Coach Tours assigned "Travel Escort/Volunteer". Trip information and reservations will only be made at the travel desk.
- Reservations for trips will begin approximately 60 days prior to the month of the trip and will only be taken at the travel desks.
- During the month of the trip, reservations may only be made by calling the trip line from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday (1-800-927-6925) and paid by credit card or by check to the Royal Coach Tours office (630 Stockton Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126).
